I had taken an Insurance Policy of Bajaj Allianz on 17 Feb. My policy number is 39146351. I had paid the first premium of Rs. 10, 000/- on time and got the receipt for the same but after that I have not received any policy document from the company. I have tried a lot to contact the Insurance Agent who had sold the policy on behalf of the company but failed. I could not trace that Insurance Agent. The company has never sent me any document nor it has made any call to me regarding that insurance policy. I have contacted the the company on its helpline no: 022-30587888 on 04/04 but the customer care xecutive did not give me satisfactory answer.
Now i want to get my premium money back. please guide me on this matter.
