NON RESPONSE ON THE CORRECT MATURITY AMOUNT

I have surrendered my PLI policy after its maturity on 20.12.2011. I got the payment order dt. 25.1.2012 for an amout of Rs. 100700/- which was very much less than its maturity amount as per the calculations. My policy No. AP AEA 104808 B.So far I have sent two letters to them but no response so far. Please advise them to respond immediately without any further loss of time Policy amount face value is Rs.50000/- My contribution is 328 pm for 180 months

Rs.59040/- is my total contribution. This is a money back policy but no money has been sent by them during the currency of the policy. I am supposed to receive amount of my investment bonus maturity bonus the amount which was not paid to be during the currency of the policy.(money back amount 3 times and interest there on.) interest on the above amount from the date of maturity till date of payment.
