NOT RECEIVED POLICY NO.& BOND

I have opened a Postal Life Insurance Policy of rs 8 Lakh on 02/06 when i was on leave at home that time i gave my permanent address (AMIT KUMAR S/O SAHADEV SINGH, V&P-SHERPUR LUMARA, TEH.-BARAUT, DISTT.-BAGHPAT PIN-250617 U.P.) and office address (33RD BN I.T.B.POLICE FORCE, GAME VILLAGE GUWAHATI ASSAM) But I have not recd the policy of documents on that address i deposit only my single stolment 2200 rs/month of the month june.i could not deposit my stolement continue because i have no policy number.now a days i m posted in new delhi .plese send my police no and my bond My present address is No 060020023, HC/MEDIC AMIT KUMAR, BASE HOSPITAL, I.T.B.
