Service not attending

I purchased the above product on 20.01.2010.I was supplied the product in an

Open carton. The tee coupling connecting the water pipe was missing. It was connected with the old tee. Nothing was done even after complaining several

times. Now I gave a service contract to the co. for two years on 26.02.

Contract receipt no.being 10 18781922. Services not properly and timely

provided. I complained for a defect to the attendant on 11.08.2012 . He gave me a

slip and told that show this slip to the person I will send and he will attend. No body

has come since then. Now since 04.10.2012 it has stopped working altogether

. I contacted on the help line. But it remains unattended and the help line is also

not reachable. I also informed your supervisor Mr. Mahendra Singh Yadav looking

after my area GOREGAON MALAD Mumbai 64 on 07.10.2012.But no body has c

come sofar to attend.
