Uneven charges and nobody to answe

I am going through pathetic service of HSBC. I hold saving as well as credit card account with HSBC. I had applied for BT Facility of around Rs. 50k and was not told that on outstanding amount and new card usage they will charge 3% interest. Now there is no one to reply on that matter.

In other case there is one ECS going on in my saving account for which my account gets hit on 4th of every month. My credit card payment due was on 4th of everymonth and I requested them to change it to 7th to avoid miscommunication. I thought it was done long ago. This month I had deposited the amount equivalent to my ECS due amount and to my shock they took their credit card due payment on same day and my ECS got dishonored. I have to pay panelty for this on both ends. For this I am calling customercare but their credit card team and saving account team both are escalating the case on each other. I am left with no solution at all..

Moreever, I want to talk to my branch and there is no update of Fort branch. There is no one where we can share our concern.

Don't know how to take it ahead..
