Statebank of hyderabad
Money neither transferred nor credited to my account

I am V V S A KUMAR . i have savings account in Statebank of hyderabad of A/C no: 62174233424.

On 05-11 i transferred an amount of Rs.3800 to my loan account number 864472210000008 belongs to Bank Of India, gandhi nagar branch through netbanking. the same amount debited from my account.

but bank of india representatives told that they didn't get any money to my loan account. the same was informed to you sir. you have given UTR number as SBH0511124675215. when i was given the same number to them. They said that it is invalid.

and i sent mail for branch manager state bank of hyderabad.
