Myself gaurav singhal. i have a policy with INGVYSYA life insurance company my policy no is 02474676. i have not received the policy bond. and i forward a request to freelook this policy due to my financial condition. this request has been rejected by the branch manager as the customer care executive told me. as per the policy condition i can freelook my policy within 15 days of the receipt of the policy bond and i have not received the policy bond. kindly look into the matter and solve this problem as soon as possible
