Arrear of revised pension (By High Court Decision) and Increment of Pension at age of 70yrs

Dear Sir,

I Mohinder Rani w/o Late Inder Paul Sharma receiving family pension from State Bank of India, Batala Road branch, Amritsar.

Account no. 30007624521 P.P.O No. 98160/Pb.

(under the Decision of Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High court, (Civil Writ Petition no 17441 of 2009) given on 16th day of Feb. 2010.

and

D.P.I (Ser. Secondary) Punjab, Chandigarh memo no 20/80-89 A-2 (3) dated 21-07,

and

Audit General (AG) letter no RC-II/SAI Pen-5/1-10/95-96/17282-85 dated : 3-11, Letter no 826, 27/03 of Principal, Govt. Secondary School, Verka, Amritsar.)

has still not received arrear of revised pension inspite of reminding repeatedly

and also applying for increment in pension at age of 70 yrs (under the Punjab Govt. rule) since 6-7 months with age proof, but nothing is done in this regard also.

Kindly take this case in your kind consideration and do the needful.
