Eactivation of user id & password

Iam K.Dharmambal having SBI online internet banking account. I have received net banking user id and password kit from the bank and changed my user id and password. Now i have forgotten the pass word. I have user name and profile password with me. i have given the details in forgotten password and got the reply as i will get the same with in 10 days time. but now it is about 15 days, i have not received the same. when i approched the branch, they are saying you will have to pay Rs.50/- for getting the duplicate password and they says why you want to keep net banking A/c when you are unable to do that. kindly get me the pass word at the earliest. my transaction is held up.

iam having account in saidapet branch.
