with reference to the above, it is most respectfully submitted as under :-
That, the party is engaged with you courier business but unfavourable circumstances, the party withdraw the business and your goodself issue a cheque of Rs.12, 684/- dated 17/02 cheque no.96119 with Lord Krishna Bank Limited, New Delhi. The party cheque send to bank but by mistake our bankers, cheque was misplaces and our banker write a letter in favour of you. So i want to you, please issue a cheque of Rs.12, 684.00 in favour of my name (Devender SIngh). i has write a letter many times but Courier COmpany did not . copy of earleir letter and confirmation of banker and cheque and slip of bank are being enclosed.
