GPRS EXTRA BILL

Dear Sir,

This is Abdul Muzeeb from Hyderabad i having mobile Airtel postpaid connection with # 9866008108.

on 19 Sep 2011 i have activated Rs 98/- GPRS plan for that 2GB browsing free.

On that day i called to customer care for GPRS Service they told me for Rs 98/- plan 2 GB free for 30 Days

After activation 2nd day i got a message from 121 my un billed amount is 1700/- immediately i called to 121 (customer care) he told me that " Sir you can use till 20000/- it will show at that time in your bill as discount don't worry about your bill "

When i got my bill its showing 1700/- Change including GPRS bill again i called to 121 (customer care) they are saying that 2GB GPRS charged for prorate base, when i was activated they didn't inform me that it will be charged as per prorate base its not my fault.

I have given i complaint to Airtel through Mail communication also they called me 10 to 12 times and finally saying that we will get back to you after words i am not getting any call from them

I called to Nodel offer also they are saying that we cant do any thing

Finally my incoming also stopped, Sir please do the needful, It is not my mistake then why i have to pay.

I am not happy with Airtel Charges Really i fadeup with Airtel Service..
