I am in Rajastan. When ever i top up my balance in my main account, it may be 50 or 110 even 399 with out any information the AIRTEL is cutting me 30 rs, and two times 99 rs also i lost. If i ask the customer care they usually told use subscribe some thing, u activate this service. Before message came that last call cost 30 or 99 but now that is also not coming. So due to this reason for the past 9 months i am putting only special balance for 149 rs. not main balance. It is very difficult While i am in roaming. for the past 1year more than 500 rs i lost due to airtel. i need my money back please help.
