On dated 13 Jan i received a message from AL hellotunes that you have been charged Rs.30 15 for hello tune, strange is that i have never asked for such a service, Airtel executives are not helping me at all. Airtel is known to generate extra revenue of 400 crore for hello tunes only by this method. Customer dont even knows he has already payed 45 Rs. This is a cheating by company people. kindly help me & others like me. save us from cheating of Airtel.
