I have baught this airtel connection just few days before to access internet services offered by airtel at Rs 98 per month for per 2 GB data. As per the offer I recharged my mobile no. with specified amount. According to this plan the charges should not be deducted from my main balance (whenever i use internet connection) but I m been charged for every time of internet use. For this problem i had talked many times with customer care executives and i also did whatever they instructed. Now i m frustrated because of all this because whenver i call customer care executives first of all it gets connected after a considerable time and also i m being charged for being put on hold maximum of call time and still no meaningfull result. Please take an appropriate action.
