Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that every month Rs.20/- has been deducted in lieu of Airtel Friendz chat service has been renewed. I have never given request for this type of renewal. This deductions are made forcefully every month. After my several discussion with customer care centre for not to deduct such type of charges but still every month Rs.20/- deducted from Nov-09 to March. My mobile No is 99596-17850.
Requested to look into the matter and reimburse my deduction amount of Rs.100/- (Rs.20/- permonth for Five months)
