My name is Kirpal singh and by mistake, having Airtel prepaid no 9810250861.Airtel is cutting pockets of its own consumers who by mistake have shown trust in this co. some time they give me misscals in the name of friends service in the deep of night. Though Mr vinay chugh ' (custmer care) apolojized for that now there is another AIRTEL TALKIE SERVICES in which u have enrolled me and cutted Rupees 30 for 30 days. I came to know about this fradulent practice only when u send me an sms for money cutting. I am deeply Thankful for that sms. I dont know about u mr chugh but who has the time to listen to ur movies 4 three hours and that too on phone. Same is the case with job alert also ur continusely sending me sms for that. Idont know wheather u r also charging me for that. ON ONE HAND U START ANY SERVICE WITOUT INFORMING A SUBSCRIBER AND IF SOMEONE CAME TO KNOW ABOUT UR FRAUDLENT PRACTICE AND TRY UR CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO THEN HIS CALL IS ALSO CHARGED. Mr chugh I think u r paid there only for apologizing and some other team mate of ur so called custmer care office is helping filling coffers for ur co. IS AIRTEL IS REALLY GOING BANKRUPT THAT THEY ARE DOING THESE THINGS what reputation u are earning .sometime back u also started mrk service in the same way charged me for that and then removing my name after my complaint. Mr chugh please increase ur tariffs if ur feeling heat or close down but dont do frauds.
