My telephone no; 011-42481227 has been out of order since13th Nov.2010. Complaint no: 39786906 dated 14th Nov.2010. and also No: 39832400 dated 15th nov. 2010.I have no amount pending as my bills are paid through ECS through my Bank'The telephone has dial tone but there is no in coming as well as out going calls' I have talked to the customer care executives and they all promise to rectify the fault but in vain. The phone is still out of order'.Kindly expedite to put the telephone in order and oblige. B'R'MALIK
