My Cell phone no is 9987531628. i have paid my bill amount through netbanking. in month of September 8th i had paid my bill i.e. 271.55 RS through netbanking na dit was strange that it got diducted twice. i have been following up with the customer care through mail and by phone to refiund or adjust the amount in my current bill. but till now after 2 months spent i didnt get my money back. i am frustrated with the service provided by Airtel customer care. now i have said the customer care that i am not going to pay my current month bill.
i had raised multiple complaints but didnt get resolve yet
