Deduction of balance from my no

Dear sir,

i am customer of airtel mobile with prepaid connection. My mobile no. is 09596663266.I have recharged my no. with 501rs two times. There are 2222 free std mins in this scheme but balance has been deducted from my no. and when i contacted customer care they are not listening me and disconnecting my call. plz give my balance back.
