My cell no is 9903848248. Since March 17 from my balance everyday Rs 5 is being deducted. On April 16 total of Rs 145 was deducted. I have not activated any type of service but still the customer care officer is saying that the number has been activated with some facility to download songs. I just use phone to make calls and just want you to refund my Rs 145 as early as possible. There has been no activation of any service but still my balance is getting cut this is so ridiculous. The customer officer told that refund will be made but still no refund has been made please solve my problem and refund my money.
