AIRTEL HAS WRONGLY DEDUCTED RS. 30/- TOWARDS HELLO TUNE CHARGES ON 22.04.2011 FOR MY MOBILE NO 9971912319 THOUGH NO REQUEST WAS MADE FROM MY END. AS PER CUSTOMER CARE ADVICE, I CHECKED MY DIALLED NUMBER LIST AND THERE WERE NO SUCH REQUEST MADE FROM MY NUMBER. PREVIOUSLY ALSO, THE SAME HAS HAPPENED. EACH TIME CUSTOMER CARE IS CONTACTED TO REFUND OF CHARGES, BUT, THIS TIME THEY ARE ADAMANT NOT TO REFUND CHARGES, ALSI, MY SMS SERVICE HAS BEEN BLOCKED THOUGH IT IS VALID UPTO 21.05.2011. IN ABSENCE OF NO BALACE AND NO SMS SERVICE, I AM HANDICAPPED AND THE MOBILE IS LYING AS DEAD BODY. WHAT ACTION WILL TAKE AGAINST THE ERRING EMPLOYEE, I DON'T KNOW? BUT I FEEL HANDICAPPED FOR NO FAULT OF MINE.
