We are filling a complaint to HSBC branch bangalore. We are already existed costumer of this bank holding savings account, we are applying for credit card its been now almost 1 month with no answer or result from the sales representative name Raj mobile no. 9538830515. How long the application takes for existing customer? We are calling this person but not picking his phone nor giving a definite answer for the application progress. Expat in India should be treating with disrespect?
