Rs. 20 is charged for 15 days by Frenzo which ofcourse was never charged before. There was no Term and condition on charges but was absolutely free when I first joined Frenzo.

If it continues on deducting my account balance i will have to stop using Airtel. Please deactivate it from my Airtel no. 8974152784. I'm sending this complaint from my friend's Idea no. because I can't get access to the internet from the Mobile handset I am currently using for my Airtel Simcard.
