Dear Sir,
I bring to you a case of unauthorised charges levied on my Airtel cell no. 9829840640 (owned by Mrs. Vinita Maheshwari).
From 3rd May till 6th May, I have been charged exorbitantly (Rs. 8910/-) for continuous internet usage. I had not used any such service on my mobile during above period.
Airtel team is chasing me since then for ourstanding payment for the service that is not utilised by me.
Kindly help me settle the case as I have not used any such service between 3rd May to 6th May.
