This is a very serious concern and i am expecting my issue to be taken seriously and resolved ASAP!!!
I'm using Airtel FRIENDS PREPAID sim connection. My number is 9960979137. Since two days, i've been getting charged 3/- for SheroShayari per day. Why on earth is your company enabling services and looting us without our consent? I had NOT enabled this service by myself. Till now 3/- have been deducted from my acc 4 times!! I've been trying to speak to a customer executive on the "so-called" customer-care numbers 121 and 198. But it seems you have cleverly got rid of the options where a customer can select to talk to an executive. Why? Why are you trying so hard to make us customers hate your company so much?? Dont you realize that your customers are FED UP of your filthy and dirty business practices? If you cannot provide the facility of speaking to the customer care executives, then why the hell do you even provide the numbers to us?? Both 121 and 198 numbers give the same response interface. I am really FED UP of your services. Your company has gone down completely. And trust me, the day won't be far when your company will lose all your customers because of the sick services that you provide!! I will be the happiest person on Earth if your company faces worst conditions in the market!!
I want my balance back!!! Don't loot the common man. You guys dont deserve this loot which is the hard earned money by us.
