MOBILE TV CANNOT UNSUBSCRIBE

I have subscribed for AIRTEL MOBILE TV service before 1 month, i didnt want that service, i have sent a message TVUNSUB to 54321, but still they are deducting RS.40 every week, i called the customer care people, but they are not responding well. Please give me the solution.
