I have NRE & NRO account with ICICI bank since 7 years. Things were fine and now recently their service is so bad, because they have enough number of customers and their name is good in the market and now they don’t care about the customers. Whenever I click the click to call facility, it shows a message that "Your request has been accepted and you will get a call within 5 minutes from ICICI bank" normally it takes 1 week at least to get the call if you are lucky and most of the time they don’t even bother to call. Recently I got a call at 12 midnight (so ridiculous). My main complaint is, My friend had transferred 15, 000 to my account and the last digit of the account number was wrong, after waiting for 1 week, when I came to know about the wrong number, I complained ICICI bank about the case and they asked me some details and promised to solve soon, and they were always (as usual) delaying the response and after two months they say me write a letter to ICICI bank and my friend who transferred the and also needs a letter from my side explaining the whole scenario. I need a suggestion to take action on ICICI as hard as possible.
