Sir,
Tomorrow evening when i checked my balance, it was about 39.?? Rs. but at night when i checked after calling 12131 (it is a toll free no.) it was cut down to 0.03 Rs.. When i checked why this deduction has took place (by sending "Last" to 121) it shows me for 'value added services' deduction of 39.04 (0.30 10.84 0.90 27.00, all deductions as value added services). There is no value added service being activated on my cellular phone!!
Tell me for what service my balance has been reduced to nil and i want to deactivate it too.
