I am charged for a value added service viz., Kollywood MMS for which I have not subscribed or choose to receive on my Mobile No.9500722982. the service reply number viz., *321*868# is not reachable. I hope that the service is provided to get money only. I would suggest that the charges deducted may have to be refunded immediately or otherwise I have the option to move the Consumer Court. I need an instant reply on my mobile number.
