Without information Airtel deducting from account

Dear Air tell,

my mobile No-9725506127, Name- P R Tripathy.

I am real very sad to say that unnecessary i am getting painfull offer from Airtel preapad.

without accepting any offer by me, it has been active & deducting from my main account, hence evry month /every 15 days.& if i will call to customer care they are also cheting with me.kindly let me know why u are creating such type fo pain full behaviours.

so my request is now kindly deactive my redio mirchi offer & return my ammonut to my main account. ASAP.
