Deduction of balance

Sir,

I have just port in into airtel services from reliance and now i am facing problems regarding balance deduction without any use. Previously Rs.6 were deducted for unknown services which was not activated by for which i got refund and now Re.1 Re.1 getting deducted without any use if this is the service from ur side then i have port out from airtel after completion of 3 months. Even i could not getting the service from airtel customer care no. 121 and 198 whenever i call there for complaint IVR tape goes on after saying the sentence, "pls dial *123# for knowing your bal. thank you for calling airtel" and get disconnected.

Pls look at the matter and do the needful and refund the entire amt. Rs.2 back to my a/c.
