My security system failed (McAfee), I googled McAfee and called the first website that appeared (iyogi.com). They immediately took control of my computer, touched a lot of settings and told me there were numerous things wrong with my computer. These things had to be fixed before they can fix my security system (my computer has never given any trouble). At this point there is no question I was held HOSTAGE, It cost me 169.99 to get my computer back in working order.
