Hi,

I am using Airtel from past 2 years and I have got 3 connections including 1 post paid and 2 prepaid, Recreantly I migrated from Postpaid to prepaid for number 9845722277 and till today I have made nearly 10 calls and all the customer care executives does not have any responsibility because on 22 nd of June my out going calls are barred by informing that you people have not received my documents but I have submitted the documents 3 times at Rammurthynagar airtel outlet prior to this I was an airtel postpaid customer I would like to know when will my account will be activated its almost 4 days now and I have submitted 3 times my documents the only thing that I can do is log a complaint in consumer court regarding this to refund the money that I have wasted on airtel connections kindly do replay what I am supposed to do and let me know when my account will be activated.
