Subject: AIRTEL - VALUE ADDED SERVICES BEING ACTIVATED W/O SUBSCRIBERS REQUEST

Dear Sir,
I'm Geetha S subscriber of Airtel prepaid no. 9871118043. I have two Airtel mobile phone connection in my home. Airtel has unnecessarily activated many VALUE ADDED SERVICES without my consent.
I believe it not a new marketing technique of Airtel networkings to make subscribers spend their money on their products. And, more over we are changed on unrequested value added plans and when we call on the customer care we have to now spend Rs 0.50/min. Each call to customer care will be at least 5-6 mins. and their also Airtel is making money.
Moreover, I also use a STD offer of Rs.28 which is valid for 1yr, but unfortunately this scheme works for some months and for about 4-5 before the expiry of the offer, the offer gets discontinued. This had happened twice with me. And, as per the recharge coupon seller / centers, this is a regular bad practice by Airtel for the past few times.
I request to the concerned authorities to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
