AIRTEL Prepaid Recharge - mCheck
Amount deducted but balance not credited

Hi,

I am Rambabu Kondala having airtel prepaid mobile number 9686908040.

I tried recharging for Rs 333 on airtel mcheck on 22-Nov,

they have deducted the amount but balance not credited.

I got a message even regd the transaction successful from Airtel.

Even after talking to customer support team, they are not returning the amount yet.

Request for your help to get my amount back and stop this fraud.
