On 29.05.2011 at about 19.30 hours my balance of Rupees 331.40 paise was deducted without any rhyme and reason. At that point of time i was using internet package on my laptop through USB port. When i saw that there is minimum usage of balance is left to use my GPRS service i disconnected the internet. But to my utmost despair i was surprised to see that Rs.331.40 was deducted from my balance and i was left with only Rs.00.20 paise in my account balance of prepaid mobile service. Then and there i called the customer care representative on 198 from my number and talk to one Mr. Surojit Kar who heard me at lenght and was unable to give answer to my problem and forwarded me a complaint No. being CBDCC3052945 and assured me taht within 48 hours they will be contacting me and solve my problem and asked my alternative number and i gave him one.
After 51 hours passed and nobody contacted me from airtel i called 198 and talked to one Mr. Sankar kar who heared me at lenght and was unable to solve my problem and transfered my call to his senior Mr. Mridul Nandi who againg heard me at lenght and was unable to solve my problem and transfered my call to his senior and in the meantime my call was disconnected. Again i called 198 and talked to one Mr. Ontu Jana who heared me at lenght and was again unable to solve my problem and transfered my call to his senior and in the meantime my call was disconnected deliberately. And at last again i called 198 and i found one customer care executive Mr. Shiv Shankar Das who heared me at lenght and was again unable to solve my problem and transfered my call to his senior and in the meantime my call was disconnected deliberately for the third time.
sir, i have been harassed deliberately by these executives of Airtel Mobile Service Provider in general and the Company Airtel mobile in particular. I am at great displeasure and annoyed with this whole episode kindly provide assistance and obelige.
