Non delivery of courrier even after 1.5 month

This is very irreted to think that you are not serious to deliver imported papers and not to care any complaint because you had your charges in advance.

Dear sir/madam,

With due respect I wish to say my grivances that I could not received my courier booked from M/s Ajanta India, Faridabad vide Docket No. 182104123 dated 15 Mar 10.

I informed to your Yamuna Nagar office for the same, but your franchieser could not shown any interest to short out the problem or locate the courier which was carring very imported documents.

Kindly look into the matter and hope to listen in my favour from your side.
