Dear Sir/madam,
from the below mail you will find the the ICICI credit card people deducted 18691/- from my saving account without prior intimating, at that time i was travelling when they swapped the entire amount from a/c which put me in the great trouble .the amount wasw deducted against the creditcard which was at settellment mode and first payment was made from my end against the settelment amount rest two was to be collected by there people but they didnt turned after the first payment and had made regular follow for the same but they said they will get back to me.
now yesterday they deducted amount from my a/c this unauthetic mode these people are following .they could have contacted me they were having my No, s, email ID and even my office address. i want to understand how this bank allow some people to acess the account of the user what is the authencity.
please guide me take legal action against such practice and raise voice against such illegal activity.
because of these activity people who dnt want default became defaulter because of not following the process set by RBI

As per your communication below I was to suppose pay 15000/-rs in 3 installment for the 45000/- settelment amount first payment was suppose to be done in Cash and rest 2 payment will be collected by your people along with the settelement letter according to that i made the payment 15000/- cash at the jabalpur branch but that your people didnt turned even after reminder and now actually your people had deducted 18691/- from my account . if you see the below mail I Had been having words with Shankaran on the Same. Didnt you said that rest of the payment will be collected by your people. let me make you understand I am not located at Nagpur I had also corrected my present Address last time. My phone nos has been updated your people could have contacted me for the paymet or you should have guided me that i Should deposit the rest amount at the local Branch if your people will not turned to me.
now either do the reversal of 18691 /- or send me settement letter i will deposit 11309 /- which will compelete 45000/- as settelment.
or send your executive at the below address to collect the remaining two cheque with the settelment letter and kindly do the needfull for Reverseing the amount 18691/-

I had mailed earler also intimating Nisar that nobody had yet turned for collection.
this is third time happen that i had gone for settelement and some unauthentic activity has happend from your end. please do the requirement on urgent basis, I had word with the call center team according to him the same has been done from nagpur collection team.

please go through the below mail As discuused with NISAR the Credit Card No. 4477478233363005 was to be setteled in 3 installment 0f 15000/- (in 45000/-) and according to that i had made the first payment and i was told the rest two Payment will be collected by collection officer who will carry the settelement letter . but no one turned out after that I had written the mail to Ajanata also that accord to the communication i had not received the settlement letter and no one has approached this had happed twice with every time your people collect the First installment and don, t turned.
11500 /- was collected first time
15000/- second time
request you please first reguarlise thing at your end and come with the proper settelement process I had already paid more than 40000/- in the in this phase kindly check my statement of last year also.
Every time the manager change according the credit pending list circulated and i had suffer.will send you the mail of nisar alsi which o had received at my personal yahoomail.
