Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that Icici bank people evert time deduct money from my saving A/c without intimation. I am in the phase of settement of my Icici card 4477478233363005 .the bank people have accepted to settele the amount in 45000 (to be settel in 3 installment but once i had made the first installment they said that your settelment amount has been rejected.
last time when they deducted amount from my a/c I was in appolo hospital chennai for my dad surgery and they Debited amount from my a/c in which i faced lot of problem as i was short for amount to deposit at the hospita.
please find the below mail where you will find how these people are trained for cheating.

As per our last communication you told me that you will get back to me for the below query & request but today collection people had Debit 18691/-Rs from my saving account, As i had told you earlier that the particular credit card was at the settelment mode and for the same i had already paid first insatllment 15000/- and the rest of the two was to be collected through the cheque and some was come at my place along withe settelment letter.
please get the reversal done of the above amount and adopt the authentice way for settlement. you can cross check SR 106780960 according to which Nisar (collection manager) had communicated that credit card nos 4477478233363005 has been approved for the settement fo 45000/- according to that i had paid 15000/- cash as first intallment and rest is to be paid in cheque. I had mailed earler also intimating Nisar that nobody had yet turned for collection.
this is third time happen that i had gone for settelement and some unauthentic activity has happend from your end. please do the requirement on urgent basis, I had word with the call center team according to him the same has been done from nagpur collection team.

please go through the below mail As discuused with NISAR the Credit Card No. 4477478233363005 was to be setteled in 3 installment 0f 15000/- (in 45000/-) and according to that i had made the first payment and i was told the rest two Payment will be collected by collection officer who will carry the settelement letter . but no one turned out after that I had written the mail to Ajanata also that accord to the communication i had not received the settlement letter and no one has approached this had happed twice with every time your people collect the First installment and don, t turned.
11500 /- was collected first time
15000/- second time
request you please first reguarlise thing at your end and come with the proper settelement process I had already paid more than 40000/- in the in this phase kindly check my statement of last year also.
Every time the manager change according the credit pending list circulated and i had suffer.will send you the mail of nisar alsi which o had received at my personal yahoomail.
