Dear Sir,
I have pulsure 150 and i have insurance of this bike. Before one week I submit my bike for insurance. I have submited all documents regarding to insurance.
but I dont get any response from Bajaj and Insurance company. I personally talk with employee of Amin Bajaj Show room but he told me that 'I have already submit required document but Insurance company told me that that was small claim so they can not pass'.I think there is no issue if claim is small or big and also they do not mention any rules regarding to this.
When I talk with DEO of Insurance company via phone but he did not give me any response, even he
told "I am on a way, please call me after two or three day". I don't have my vehicle because of that i suffered lot. So please help me to pass claim.
