Refund of money for ticket which got failed

I am Sunil Dube. i was was booking airline ticket from Madras to Mumbai on 31.10.2011 at 7.30 pm. My booking got failed because of sudden drop in seat availability and amount get debited from my account. i was using my Bank of india debit card. In message while booking i got that my money will be refunded in 2 working days. kindly credit the money in my account at the earliest.

Following are reference for expediting the refund process:

1) Make My Trip Booking ID -NF2506212249582.

2) Transaction ID - BDIPG/TR236018412/make my trip (taken from Bank Of India from their system)

request you to expedite the refund at the earliest.
