Dear Sir,

Subj. : Non functioning of broad band since 16.05.12 Telephone no. 237856.

Ref: Customer ID no 1008927066.

We have been complaining about the non functioning of broad band since 16.05.12, and on visit of your technician he has asked us to change the modem router. We have changed the modem vide Invoice no.1619 dtd 21.05.12 of Wintel Systems.

In spite of replacing the modem as suggested by your representative, we regret to mention that we are not only facing continued problem but the modem replaced was not upto the mark. And on telephonic lodging of the complaint on 21.05.12 and 25.05.12 and our personal visit to your office on 28.06.12 your technician has visited and checked and informed us that there is some cable fault which will be sorted out soon. But sorry to inform you that till date our broad band is non functional.

From the above it may be seen that our broad band has not been working for over 15 days. You are therefore requested to kindly get us the credit in our bill no 1008927069009 dt 07.06.12 covering the period 01.05.12 to 31.05.12 for Rs.1516.86.

However you are requested to kindly depute your technical representative to attend to our several complaints lodged as above, so that our broad band starts functioning. In case you are unable to set right the fault, we will have no other alternative but to discontinue the service.

2. Our earlier complaint dtd 28.06.12.

With reference to above, we would like to inform you that on our personal visit to your office to know the status of our complaint we were told that it would be solved in 2-3 days. But after the lapse of 3 days also the complaint was not attended nor solved. On requesting for a complaint no we were informed to lodge it by dialing 198.

The complaint no is 1007002122 dtd 06.07.12. we are getting status message as “ there is technical problem and it is being attended”

You are requested to kindly depute your technical representative to attend to our several complaints lodged as above, so that our broad band starts functioning.

In case you are unable to set right the fault, we will have no other alternative but to discontinue the service.

Along with the above letters, we have also visited personally but our problem has not been solved.

Your expeditious action is solicited.
