Unauthorised fare

I was travelling by Bus no. AP11Z112 route Medchal to Uppal in Hyderabad on 15/03 morning.

I boarded the bus from NCL North busstop (Chaitanya college stop) near shivareddy godowns to Patni center in Secunderabad. The actual fare is Rs. 7.00 in Ordinary and Rs.9.00 in Metro Express. However conducter charged Rs. 10.00 and issued ticket no. 172 454629. Inspite of convincing him that he has collected excess fare, he didn't listen and continue to argue.

I request the authorities to educate the APSRTC staff and give proper training before they are forced into public service.

Request you to return the excess fare collected and should ensure this mistake should not repeat in future.
