Comesum the food junction
Non availability of 75% of food items on menu

Dear Sir,

I have taken August Kranti from Hazrat nizammudin Railway Station on 18/03 at 4.55 pm

Before boarding the train I went the Comesum restaurant who has monopoly in restaurant on the

railway station, and authorise by IRCTC to sell foods.

Seeing Irctc logo I tried to have food in 2/3 restaurant run by same management, but to my

dismay all foods items were over but in fact they not even bothered to display only the available items.

I asked for Tomato soup, Chhola Bathura, Chhole, or any snacks but they refused to provide me neither snacks nor any south indian dishes they in fact selling only Thalis, Rice and Rajma which I assume were prepared in the morning and could not be sold.

At 4.30pm normally no hotels keep Thalis.

i hope that Irctc is there to help common men and not Hotelier or there Lobbies.

Thanks,

sunil harlalka
