I am a regular customer of Domino's Pizza.
Recently, I bought the buy-1-get-1 coupon from Domino's Pizza, which was through a door -step campaign at my house.
When I recently ordered a Pizza (using this coupon) and asked them to deliver the Pizza in a near by address which is 750 meters away from my home, I was told that the Pizza wont be delivered to an address other than the Coupon was sold at. The branch manager said 'I am very clear, we wont deliver this in the new address'. I read through the T&C of the coupon, but this was never mentioned in the coupon sold. This was only disclosed at the time of using the coupon and not at the time of buying the coupon.
This was shocking to me as this was never mentioned in the coupon but my kids were eager to taste the Pizza. I was ill I couldn't go to my registered residence. It was so disappointing to have a Pizza desire to go in vain for my kids who were too young to understand the pizza will not be delivered.
If this was told to me at the time of selling the coupon I wouldnt have bought it for Rs. 500. I felt I was cheated by the selling campaigne.
I am just writing this to everyone's awareness here.
