Mocha - coffees and conversations
Serving Non- Vegetarian food

To Whomsoever it may concern,

I, Ms. Rekha Iyer, along with my three other friends had to been to MOCHA (Coffees and conversations) - Mulund (W) Outlet. We ordered for "BANGERS MASH" from a special menu. We were not sure about what exactly it was and got it confirmed whether it was Vegetarian, from the person who took the order. He promptly assured us that it was "vegetarian". The Menu did not have the pictoral representation indicating Veg / Non - Veg. The order was placed. We had the food and we feared it to be Non-Veg. On re-confirming with some other person at the outlet, we got to know that it was Non - Veg. We had a word with the Outlet Manager (Mr. Ramesh Chandra) and informed him that we were offended and we would definitely take an action against whatever happened. Inspite of this, we ensured that we paid the Bill.

Basically, the menu printed should have specified clearly about the contents of the food they were serving. We seek compensation for whatever happened at "MOCHA".
