Hotel Mosaic in Noida, has started a privilege membership @ INR 6000 for a year, wherein they say they provide a host of benefits.

However, when you actually ask for the benefits, numerous changes in T&C take place and customer such as me lands up frustrated.

I request you all to not fall into this trap.

They cheat directly and openly and when you talk to them, they misbehave and show bad temper and insult you.
