Bad Customer Service and False Billing

Penguin in Kolkata Rajarhat (DLF Building) one of the worst resturant in kolkata. They make over bils (They add the things which you didnot have) if you object then the managers and waiters scolds you and attack you. The same incident happened with me on 30th april. They made a extra bill on a softdrink which we didn't have when i have objected on the same The manager and the waiter scolded and attacked me however the bill got adjusted. MY QUESTION TO THE OWNER IS IT THE WAY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

IF IT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN I THINK I HAVE TO READ NEW BOOKS FROM THE SECTOR ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE ANSWER.
