Item stolen from the package

My sis had sent me some food products from Kolkatta to Mumbai on 12 Jan vide consignment No D04575939, It resched on 19 Jan in the afternoon with the whole package crushed all items were spoiled and surprisingly one item (One packet of sweet) was missing. On asking the same from the deleviry boy they said we are not aware, we only deliver the same and the percel is given from the office hence I should go and enquire from the office. I want to know how the item got stolen and what action is being taken by the DTDC authorities. I want the reply by next four working days else I shall knock the door of consumer court.
