Please dont join Bannari Amman Spinning Mills (weaving Dev) now known as Shiva Texyarn Ltd. They will promise you big things, before you join them specially their AGM Marketing & AGM - HR. However, after you join them they will torture you to the limit that you will automatically resgin with them and they will pay you nothing.

I have experienced this with them and lost my 3 months, 2 months salary and my job which was far too better compared to BASML.
